Robert Gower

Seated at the organ of All Saints Oakham, the Association Honorary Patron, Mr. Robert Gower MA, FRCO (Chm), LRAM, ARCM, FRSA. A recitalist, with extensive experience in broadcasting and recording, Mr. Gower is also a specialist in liturgical accompaniment, a writer of hymn tunes and has produced many arrangements. He is the editor of collections of repertoire (both for recitals and teaching) with Novello & OUP, spotlighting the English 20th century Romantic repertoire. Mr. Gower is Chairman of Gerald Finzi and Percy Whitlock charitable trusts and an examiner for RCO and ABRSM.

Fergus Black

Association Chairman Fergus Black MA, MBA, ARCO, seated at the organ of St John's Stamford. He is a pianist, conductor, teacher and organist, based in Peterborough and working across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Northants, Rutland, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Leicestershire. Fergus has extensive teaching experience, and has trained both children and adults for competition, music exams, auditions, school and college music entrance exams, and concert performances.
